The screen is so dim I can’t read it in most lighted areas.
I purchased an Evoque watch in 2025. I loved the styling and the watch kept accurate time. However, several days ago I took it from my watch case and noticed that the minute hand had come off the center spindle and was binding the hour hand. I contacted North Edge customer service with documentation of the problem. I have still not heard from them. I am truly disappointed as I had further North Edge purchases in mind.
Very disappointing smartwatch. I expected much better quality for this price. The glucose measurement is completely unreliable and can be wrong by a huge amount compared with a real glucose measurement. The watch itself also does not look or feel as good as it does in the pictures. For this amount of money, you can buy a much better smartwatch. I definitely do not recommend this product.

The size surprised me - it is bigger than I thought it would be. However, that is a good thing as I like big watches. I like the digital display, but I wish the backlight was a lot stronger. The buttons are confusing and aren't labeled - don't throw away the instructions, you will need them!
